Old stop c**k feeding heating system seized and dripping from gland nut. Replaced with a 15mm lever valve and double check valve.

Install of new kitchen sink and Quooker tap with instant boiling water tank and co2 cartridge for carbonated water

Bathroom renovation. Replaced old bathroom suit. New bath, vanity wash hand basin, new wall hung toilet and new thermostatic shower valve. Small marble tiles Around bath and bath panel (woth access to pipes work)new tiles on floor.

Retiled shower room.

Removed saniflow from the back of the toilet and installed a new 100mm soil pipe. Ran new 32mm waste into the soil pipe and tiled the shower room floor and back of the toilet. Toilet and basin then re-installed.

Concealed pipe work.

Removed boxing around original pipe work and drained down heating system. I then isolated mains water, cut track in the wall for the new pipes and ran new pipe work in side the wall cavity.

The heating system was then re-pressurised, bleed and balanced. Finished off with plastering over the new pipe work.

Replaced power shower.

Isolated hot and cold, removed old aqualisa shower, removed tile, reposition pipes for the new shower. Refitted tile and installed new Mira shower.

New front door.
Fitted a new front door with new locks, letterbox and handle then finished of with varnish.
