This space was decluttered and reorganised in categories based on subjects. The baskets are easy to look through and put back so there is no need to create a mess when looking for certain paperwork/ activities and there was also plenty of room left over for more resources to be added to the cupboard.

The driving force behind what we do is mental health. As mental health advocates, we want all our clients to genuinely feel the difference our business can make to their lives… This doesn’t only extend to when you’re booking with us - so to anyone who feels low or doesn’t feel like they have anyone to talk to, our DM’s are always open, genuinely. There’s no judgement - we all go through it in life so don’t hesitate to reach out. At times, responses may be slightly delayed due to how busy we get, however, we always do our best to reply as quickly as possible, especially to those that need it the most so feel free to reach out to us. Remember you matter and we’re happy to be here to listen and remind you of that 🫶🏾
