The best conferences aren’t where you arrive with answers. They’re where you leave with better questions.

We’re heading to BuildTech 2026, and ahead of it, Mattia sat down to talk about where SASI Studio is going, and where architecture is heading next.

📐Some conversations begin with a sketch.
Others begin with a question that has the power to reshape the future of our cities.

As we prepare for , our studio conversations revolve around the evolving relationship between architecture, technology, sustainability, and human experience. From material innovation and computational design to the future performance of buildings and infrastructure, we believe architecture must respond not only to how we build, but to how we live.

At SASI Studio, research, collaboration, and experimentation are central to our process. These moments inside the studio, the sketches, discussions, references, and evolving ideas, are where future projects begin to take shape.

We’re excited to join Panel Session I: Next-Gen Architectural Design and Infrastructure Innovation and contribute to the wider conversation shaping the future of the built environment. 🌍

The conversation starts here.

At SASI Studio, we combine advanced technologies, computational design, and research-driven thinking to shape architecture that is both visionary and buildable. From conceptual development and parametric workflows to spatial analysis and digital modelling, our process explores how innovation can enhance the way we design and experience space.

📐Join us on 21 May at as we take part in a panel discussion exploring the future of architectural design, digital innovation, and next-generation infrastructure.

📐Architecture is entering a new era, one shaped not only by form, but by systems, intelligence, sustainability, and human experience.

✨We’re excited to announce that SASI Studio will be joining BuildTech 2026 for Panel Session I: Next-Gen Architectural Design & Infrastructure Innovation, where our founder Mattia Santi will contribute to the conversation on the future of the built environment.

From computational workflows and AI-enhanced design to advanced materials and sustainable infrastructure systems, the industry is rapidly evolving into a multidisciplinary dialogue between technology, culture, and spatial experience. At SASI Studio, we believe architecture must move beyond isolated objects and instead operate as interconnected ecosystems, adaptive, emotional, efficient, and deeply human-centred.

“Design is no longer just visual, it’s systemic.” — Mattia Santi

The future of architecture will be collaborative, technological, and responsive to the changing needs of cities, communities, and the planet.

See you there🗒️

📐Architecture is one of the only art forms you can’t ignore. You can close a book, mute a song, scroll past a painting, but you live inside a building. You walk through cities. You are, every single day, surrounded by decisions someone else made about space, light, and structure.

That’s exactly why conversations like this matter.
We’re joining a talk dedicated to next-generation architectural design and infrastructure innovation, exploring what it means to build not just for now, but for the decades ahead. New materials. Smarter systems. Spaces that respond, adapt, and endure.

The world is being redesigned. The only real question is: by whom, and with what vision?

The future of construction is no longer a distant vision, it is being designed, tested, and built today.

From parametric workflows and AI-driven design to digital twins and immersive visualisation, emerging technologies are transforming the way architects, engineers, and developers approach the built environment. These tools are enabling faster decision-making, greater precision, improved collaboration, and more sustainable outcomes across every stage of a project.

At SASI Studio, we believe technology should not replace creativity, but expand its possibilities, helping shape architecture that is more intelligent, responsive, and deeply connected to the people and environments it serves.

Next week, our founders and will be joining BuildTech 2026 in London for a panel discussion exploring the future of construction technology, digital innovation, and next-generation architectural design.

📍Join us at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Heathrow, and be part of the conversation shaping the next era of the industry.

Ground floor to crown. GEM Tower is conceived as a vertical sequence of experiences, each layer distinct, each one building toward the next. The podium opens to the city, drawing in public life and activating the street with amenities that belong as much to the neighbourhood as to the building itself. An urban gesture before an architectural one.
Above, hotel and residential floors stack with precision, each oriented toward uninterrupted views of the bay and the landscape beyond. The constant, at every level, is the view, the sense that the city and the water are always present, always within reach.

At the summit, a double-height rooftop bar becomes the project’s defining moment. Not an amenity added to the top of a tower, but a destination conceived from the outset as the culmination of the building’s vertical journey. Throughout, open-air terraces push the building outward, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior at every altitude.
A tower that doesn’t just occupy the skyline, it engages it.

We’re proud to be featured in magazine.

This interview gives a closer look at how we approach architecture, as a fully integrated, technology-driven process. We combine computational design, digital craftsmanship, and research to create spaces that feel both forward-thinking and grounded in their context. From early form-finding to the final built result, our focus is always on clarity, innovation, and long term value.
