Ground floor to crown. GEM Tower is conceived as a vertical sequence of experiences, each layer distinct, each one building toward the next. The podium opens to the city, drawing in public life and activating the street with amenities that belong as much to the neighbourhood as to the building itself. An urban gesture before an architectural one.
Above, hotel and residential floors stack with precision, each oriented toward uninterrupted views of the bay and the landscape beyond. The constant, at every level, is the view, the sense that the city and the water are always present, always within reach.
At the summit, a double-height rooftop bar becomes the project’s defining moment. Not an amenity added to the top of a tower, but a destination conceived from the outset as the culmination of the building’s vertical journey. Throughout, open-air terraces push the building outward, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior at every altitude.
A tower that doesn’t just occupy the skyline, it engages it.
