We are excited to share the details of our next exhibition, ‘(In)visible Body’, a duo show featuring Sohaila Baluch and Claire Sunho Lee, curated by Kahyun Lee. This is also the second of two exhibitions that we are supporting from our Open Call for Exhibition Proposals 25'.

(In)visible Body brings together artworks that use the body as a medium to explore memory, trauma and identity. Through photography, installation and performance, the exhibition reflects on how lived experience is carried, altered, and shared through the body. It considers how bodies act as repositories of personal and collective histories, and how they give form to what is often unseen or forgotten. The exhibition centres on the work of Sohaila Baluch and Claire Sunho Lee. Both artists draw on embodied memory to question the limits of visibility and examine how memories are embedded in the skin, gestures and movements.
(In)visible Body explores how the body operates as a dynamic site of temporal convergence, where memory is not merely preserved but continually reconstituted through physical and sensory experience. Through the practices of Baluch and Lee, the exhibition foregrounds how the body becomes a site of both resistance and remembrance, where meaning is constantly negotiated across time and space.
