Feel the magic in the air?

This year moved with its own rhythm. 56 projects, each unfolding in a different way — carrying ideas, intentions, and transformations.

Some of our know-how we’ll keep to ourselves, but what truly holds everything together is intention — how we choose to work, to pause, and to move forward.

The journey took us beyond our desks — into conversations in London and Latvia, new perspectives, and moments of shared insight.

One defining step along the way was launching our joint venture with airc.digital — br.ook BIM, a natural extension of our belief in more connected, future-oriented ways of working.

Behind the scenes, our new office is slowly becoming a space. Processes are evolving. The team is growing as well.

If there’s one guiding thought carrying us forward, it’s this: our goal is to create inspirational spaces — spaces that spark emotion and meaningful change.

None of this happens alone. Thank you to our partners — builders, suppliers, and architects in Latvia and beyond — for being part of this journey.

What an event!

Huge thanks to Pierre Saunal and Jaime Ingram from airc.digital for sharing their knowledge with us. 🙌

Latvia has BIM standards in place — but real change happens only when everyone actually works in the BIM environment.

Today, that’s still not the case.

Together with our partners, we showed how full BIM integration works on real projects and why it matters: fewer errors, lower costs, faster delivery. The UK already sees up to 20 % savings thanks to consistent BIM use.

If we want the same in Latvia, BIM has to become a real working method, not just a checkbox.

So good to be back.

The basement floor of Balcia Apdrošināšana HQ has been transformed into a contemporary conference and meeting space — designed by us for both in-house use and inspiring gatherings.

What once had limited daylight now feels vibrant, open, and full of energy — a space built for collaboration, creativity, and the exchange of ideas.

Soon, it will host an exclusive event, bringing together a select group of developers and industry professionals. And we’re proud to be hosting it.

For the first time in Latvia, our partners Pierre Saunal and Jaime Ingram Solís from airc.digital will share how a fully integrated BIM process can transform the way buildings are designed and delivered.
