Before a day of design work, I am lucky enough to call this view my morning school run. Lots of complaining about the cold from the children, before relaxing into it and apparently being too hot by the time we reach the top of the hill. 🙄 Now for a very chilly site meeting... Fleece lined wellies for the win!

Samples for a Cotswold kitchen design coming together…

Looking onto a field of wheat, and set within exposed Cotswold stone walls the plan for this kitchen is stone worktops, stained oak cabinetry with brass detailing and tan leather dining chairs set around a natural oak table.

Any parents out there with pockets full of conkers?!

I have just emptied mine into a bowl that sits on our family room ottoman. Very satisfied with the look… a nod to the season. And apparently irresistible to both adults and kids alike. Everyone seems to want to run their hands through them 🤷‍♀️

When faced with incorporating a very traditional looking grand piano into a quite contemporary scheme, this sculptural chair seemed to me the perfect piece to bridge the gap.
P.S. was very tempted to have ti**le on the piano when we installed, but seeing as I could only remember how to play chopsticks and the theme tune to Titanic, I refrained. LL
