Worked late to get job finished today,decorator in tomorrow as they move in Monday,then back next Friday to fit 6 new doors

Walls now tanked in wet area to conform with current British standard and tiled ready for grout and Bedding the new shower tray on slurry of sand and cement tomorrow,looking forward to an easy early day

First fix plumbing done and tested,new floor joists in and level with chicken wire underneath stapled to support insulation as my client don’t like cold flooring

Started bathroom to walk-in shower conversion today.good days graft,unfortunately woodworm and dry rot was found in timbers,bring on tomorrow new joists,ply floor and first fix plumbing

New vaillant boiler installation today with v smart thermostat controls and vaillant filter with all covered with 10yr parts and labour warranty.full Powerflush and new Drayton trv4 thermostatic valves on all 7 rads.
customer so happy asked me to start bathroom tomorrow as they due to move in in 10 days time.Bring on tomorrow an early start
