‘I was drawn to architecture because it offered a rare balance between design and logic, allowing both my creative and technical sides to exist in harmony.

Over time, I realised it was never simply about buildings, but about shaping spaces around the way people live.

The decision to finally start my own practice was the defining step in my journey. It required courage, resilience and trust in my own voice. I wanted to move away from one size fits all solutions and create thoughtful, tailored homes that truly reflect each client’s lifestyle. That decision shaped not only my career, but the values that guide my work today.

What continues to drive me is the human side of architecture. Every project is an opportunity to create environments that feel intuitive, warm and deeply personal, designed with care for people and the future.

With the Caterham project finally granted planning permission, I’ve started dreaming up some visuals for my clients.

We’ll be taking a short break over the winter holidays, then returning refreshed to dive into the technical drawings. I honestly can’t wait to see this one built. Roll on spring 🌱

Playing around with AI again to render this two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension and full house refurb in Coulsdon 🏡

Great news to end the week: planning permission granted for our Caterham project. Thoughtfully designed ground floor rear and first-floor side extensions that respect the original architecture of the property, while balancing modern family living with context, neighbouring amenity and Green Belt considerations.

And a great example of how we use AI to explore concepts as we move into the detailed design stage.
Excited to see this one progress on site, come on 2026!

Today feels like a special milestone. I’m reminded of a project I’m incredibly proud of which has officially been submitted to the RIBA Awards. A beautiful collaboration with , this one means a lot to me, so wish me luck 🤞✨

Today we submitted the planning application for this beauty ✨
A single storey rear extension, garage conversion and full internal reconfiguration to create a stunning open plan kitchen, dining and lounge space complete with secret doors leading to a hidden pantry utility and plant room.

Externally, the project focuses on upgrading the building fabric with external wall insulation and upgraded fenestration and we are going all in on renewables with an air source heat pump, solar PV and EV charger ⚡️🌿

Proud to be collaborating once again with the one and only on this one.

Wish us luck 🍀 fingers and toes crossed for a smooth approval 🤞🫶

This two-storey side extension and single-storey rear extension blends so effortlessly with the original home, you’d never guess it had been extended if not for the weathered tiles. Every detail was considered to complement the existing character, achieving a timeless and natural flow front to back.⁠

Inside, the love of traditional British design is evident: clean lines, soft tones and the client’s favourite teal accents create a calm, welcoming feel, while natural oak features throughout add warmth and timeless charm.⁠ The kitchen has been fully refurbished, but one special detail remains: the existing Belfast sink that the client lovingly restored to keep a piece of the home's story alive.⁠

Powered by an ASHP and topped with PV panels, all installed by the brilliant team at , this home now performs as beautifully as it looks.⁠
