# # # 🌟 **1. Skilled Landscaper** 🌟
Are you proficient in building patios, decking, woodwork, fencing, and lawn installations? If so, we want you!
**Requirements:**
- Valid driving license and good English skills.
- Ideally aged between 25 and 45.
- Physically fit for lifting wheelbarrows and garden machinery.
- Preferably resides near Belsize Park Station, North Finchley/Whetstone, or Palmers Green.
💷 **Salary:** £140-£160 per day (depending on experience).
# # # 🌟 **2. Maintenance Gardener** 🌟
Do you have experience in garden maintenance, planting, and client interactions? Join us!
**Requirements:**
- Full UK driving license and good English skills.
- Ideally aged between 25 and 45.
- Physically fit for lifting wheelbarrows and garden machinery.
- Preferably resides in North-East London, such as Finchley.
- Responsible and eager to learn our company dynamics.
💷 **Salary:** £130-£150 per day (depending on experience).
# # # 📅 **Work Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 16:30/17:00 PM.
- Half an hour lunch break; please bring your own lunch.

- Our primary work areas include Belsize Park Station and North Finchley/Whetstone.
- For convenience and efficient commuting, candidates should ideally live near these areas or in North-East London locations like Finchley or Palmers Green.
