End of stage 2 . . . . This has been fun 😁, so lighting, one set of sockets and switches are now in and live, bespoke shower units are installed, tanked and ready to tile, electric shower plumbed in and electrics installed and Lino flooring cut to height 😁 the next two stages are the ones to keep an eye on I’ll report in next week 🙂

Start of stage two of dog grooming salon complete, comprising of extra roof supports, upvc cladded shower area, insulated ceiling up, white washed walls and ceilings in damp and mould resistant paint, basic sparks ready to go and waterproof Lino flooring installed . . . Next stage is exciting and will be posted in the next couple of days 😁

So Iv been working for a very good client of mine, building her new dog grooming salon.

Plenty going on here so watch this space for further updates in the coming week.

Stage one complete; breaking down old salon , putting up new one, insulate and cladded the interior walls and floor and finally painted in an acrylic white paint.

Next stage is bespoke shower unit, putting electrics back in and insulate and clad the ceiling 👀

So over the past week we’ve been busy . . . Ripped out the old turf and put new easy edge bordering in, complete with bark boarder and brand new turf to match.

Then at the front I've built and installed a bespoke front garden gate to match the existing fencing quite a fun project :D

Phase 2 is now complete . . . Comprising of new guttering and downpipes, a complete facelift and removal of abundant wires and cables, renovation of the wooden fascia and adjustment to the fence line all done in the last week. . . Phase 3 incoming stay tuned 😀

Phase 1 on this project is complete . . . A total overhaul here consisting of; repaint front of house and re render loose mortar, new guttering system and downpipe, damp proof front of the house and new air bricks for ventilation and finally a wall topped with coping stones to replace the old rotten fence . . . Phase 2 is a couple of weeks away so stay tuned 😁
