Dating back to the 18th century, Georgian windows feature smaller panes of glass within the frame, held together by thinner horizontal and vertical bars. At the time, technology limited the production of large, consistent sheets of glass, making this design a practical solution. Despite these historical constraints, Georgian windows have been reimagined for the modern day and remain highly popular, blending traditional elegance with contemporary functionality.
