We’re delighted to share the completed transformation of our project.

We adopted a space which, although had not been fully refurbished for decades, had an impressive atrium structure and were tasked with delivering a Premium GA space fit for 21st Century racegoers.

Alongside we set about creating a series of different experiences within the space – from a new Gin Bar to an upgrade restaurant – and paired the new layout with a look and feel drawing inspiration from the verdant surroundings of the racecourse. The result is a modern, fresh GA hospitality space filled with green tones and plants to connect inside with out, and multiple experiences to keep racegoers coming back time and again.

On Saturday night, Sarabande and Dom Perignon took over two Grade II listed townhouses on Tottenham High Road for an incredible Artist Showcase following Lady Gaga’s Chromatica Ball Tour at Tottenham Hotspur’s Stadium.
The striking black panelled walls and ceilings provided the perfect backdrop for an amazing array of artwork and performances throughout the night, attended by a star-studded crowd.
F3 are thrilled to be working with Sarabande to turn these beautiful buildings into affordable studios and events spaces as part of the wider Paxton17 creative quarter scheme, breathing new life into a landmark on the High Road. Saturday’s glittering event certainly set the tone for what’s to come – watch this space…

Sarabande, the foundation established by Lee Alexander McQueen, have made the exciting announcement that they are opening Sarabande High Road in N17! We will be working together to turn a pair of Grade II listed townhouses into new studio and exhibition spaces for artists, craftsmen and designers – we can’t wait to get started!

Announcing Sarabande High Road!

Sarabande is expanding to Tottenham, London N17 - with 15 new, heavily-subsidized studios and a new exhibition space - in its mission to help more artists, craftsmen and designers realise their bold visions. The foundation will open Sarabande High Road later this year as part of Paxton17 - the new creative quarter in Tottenham.

Sarabande has mentored more than 130 creatives from 31 countries since it began - giving business and practical advice in its role as a creative business accelerator, as well as providing free space for the artists to exhibit, to sell from, and to extend and explore their practice.

Now Sarabande is taking this successful formula to Tottenham where it will fill two Grade II* listed townhouses with new studios, each let at around £1 per square foot to artists and designers that yearn to progress in their careers. It also means that local residents will not have to travel into central London to experience cutting-edge art and culture, it will be right there on their doorstep.

Here is our recently completed project in Greenwich on the site of the former Lord Hood pub. The scheme delivers a new neighbourhood bar with 8 new flats above, built to a very high standard of environmental performance including triple glazing, MVHR and PV panels on the green roof.

We love the contrast between the red brickwork, artificial Portland stone bands and striking metallic glazed tiles of the bar – and the stunning views across Greenwich from the penthouse!

It’s always great to see a finished project, and this one is such a thrill we had to get the full F3 team out to experience it!

Completed in 2020, F3 delivered the interior design for the DARE Skywalk at .
The design takes cues from the stadium and the London Skyline to deliver a series of spaces which build the anticipation for the adrenaline-fuelled walk over the stadium roof, 46 meters above the pitch!

A debut appearance on the grid for this very special project, completed last year.

Extensive sympathetic repairs and refurbishment were undertaken, including the delightfully complex external Victorian brickwork. Internal ceilings, cornicing, and panelled doors were all carefully restored, and the centrepiece, a grand, wrought iron and stone stair was painstakingly hand cleaned, sanded, and resealed to preserve its beautiful patina.

The finished design compliments the distinctive character of the historic building, adding a new contemporary layer for 21st century living
