After months of hard work, we’ve begun to organise photoshoots on completely projects to help showcase our growing portfolio and experience.

Our nursery and prep school in North London nears completion, as does a commercial nursery for out in Wandsworth. Residential projects in Buckinghamshire have broken ground and we’ve had exciting discussions regarding eco new builds and listed properties across the UK.

We’re to the possibilities and ready for the challenges.

The weeks have flown by in a fast paced month! We’ve had new site starts on a range of education and nursery projects. We receive enquiries from clients looking at refurbishing/retrofit of buildings of all different shapes, sizes and situations. Our work covers everything from listed historical properties to deep retrofits of empty commercial plots. On the other side, our intergenerational care new build in Wigan is moving through the preconstruction stages and will soon go out to tender.

Our first colour journal post of 2026, giving a quick snapshot of what we’re currently working on across the office.

For our residential team, we’ve projects ongoing across London, Surrey and Buckinghamshire with steel frames being delivered for our Cherry Trees project to make a big milestone!

For our education team, we’re developing packages for schools and nurseries across the country! We’re excited for our first in person DTM in Wigan to discuss the intergenerational care facility which should break ground in May.

Welcome to our colour journal!

2026 brings with it a new energy to slow down and reset when it comes to social media.

We’re going to try something different and switch our Instagram account into a monthly journal, giving a highlight of the work we’ve completed that month.

We hope this will help us protect our studio time and give us more freedom to create and worry less about Meta.

You’ll see a glimpse of our residential and education work, alongside anything newsworthy.

We’re signing off of 2025 with a big thank you to all our clients and collaborators! It’s been a tricky year to navigate but our practice continues to grow as we diversify between education and residential work.

We end the year with multiple projects going out to tender, giving us excitement on what 2026 will bring and seeing our work built on site.

Steel package should arrive on site shortly before the Xmas break!

Thankfully demolition, foundations and concrete pour made it before the cold snap. Hopefully the weather holds for the incoming frame!

We’re currently in pre-app for a part two storey, part single storey rear extension to a property in west London. The complex roof form over the main house has meant we’ve needed to consider a large conversion on the house which is viewed as having value to the local conservation area.

We’re looking at creating a timeless, classic addition to the arts and craft dwelling.

Engaging with the council early allows us to guage what is possible within the limits of planning policy ahead of a full submission.
