Planning permission was required for this 24 sq.m/258 sq.ft single storey extension due to it's 'wrap-around' design which falls outside the limitations of permitted development.

Our design is sympathetic to adjoining properties so as to limit any overbearing effects, by considering the roof design along the shared boundary.
