After diagnosing a faulty shower valve, we replaced the unit and had the shower back up and running in no time.

This gas meter installation failed its annual landlord safety inspection due to the following issues:

• Gas meter not secured to a bracket
• Two flexible connections installed
• No electrical earth bonding present

We attended the property and rectified all issues — securing the meter correctly, removing the unnecessary flexible connection, and installing the required earth bonding to bring the installation up to current standards.
