😳😬 Here’s a few jobs I’ve done recently, both for lovely people.
Here’s the thing:
1 job was an old house and needed plastering and joinery work, plastering was fine, joinery was awful.
The other job had been freshly skimmed to a disgusting standard, the joinery was average.
I’ve probably spent an extra 2 weeks on these jobs putting other trades works right.
It’s put me behind which means I have to contact future clients and re arrange everything.
It puts clients out of pocket as I have to charge extra for labour and materials.
It’s getting more and more often i walk on to a job and think why am I doing this crap. Working on days off and late and missing time with my family.
But I will continue.
