Behind the scenes, it’s been a full transformation: Stripped back, repaired, and rebuilt with care — from restoring the woodwork to precision masking and a full repaint using Johnstone’s Stormshield system for a durable, high-quality finish.

Finished in the timeless Hague Blue from Farrow & Ball — a colour that really makes this frontage stand out on the street.

We have availability to look after your decorating needs 👍🏼

Here is a lovely porch which was done just before Christmas. Ready in new plaster and timber work, it was a joy to do. Especially as the workmanship was excellent.

Ceiling left to age naturally. Walls painted in Earthborn Clay paint. And skirting boards waxed with Fiddes Wax

All it needs to do is welcome the owners home and guests as they arrive ❤️

When it comes to cutting in — it’s got to look good. 🎨

These timber sash windows were masked with Tesa Blue Exterior Tape, giving a clean, professional finish every time. Using high-quality tape means you can apply your paint confidently and achieve sharp, crisp lines.

For this job we used:
🪵 2 coats of Sandtex Flexi Primer/Undercoat
⚪ 1 coat of Sandtex Flexi Gloss in Brilliant White

If you’re working outdoors, Tesa Blue Exterior Tape is a game-changer — it can stay on in the sun without baking or leaving sticky residue on the glass. The machine edge gives that perfect finish every time.

The sun has been shining and we've been busy undertaking this lovely exterior.
Complete wash down of building and treat any damage to masonry and apply two coats of Dulux Weathershield in brilliant white.
All timber fascia, soffits, doors and sash windows were rubbed down, filled where necessary and given two coats of Sandtex primer undercoat and top coat of Sandtex flexigloss in brilliant white sanding between every coat.

To help get a perfect paint line on the glass we used Tesa blue exterior masking tape giving a great paint seal and machine edge finish to the cutting in.

Plus all the while enjoying the view across Looe and out across the Banjo Pier.

Scaffolding to gain access was erected by React Scaffolding Ltd making it a safe job to undertake and easier to get the finish the customer deserved ❤️
