Braved the 37°C heatwave and got the job done. 🥵

A full garden room spruce-up:

🔨 Out with the old, sun-damaged and rotten timber cladding.

✨ In with the new Cobblestone James Hardie® Plank cladding, Anthracite uPVC fascia & soffits, new guttering, and replacement decking.

What a transformation! 👌

Gave this home clinic a fresh new look using some stunning Canadian Western Red Cedar — really helps it stand out and brings a much warmer feel to the space.

It’s a big transformation from the old feather edge that was there before, and makes such a difference to the overall finish.

We’ve protected it with a few coats of Osmo UV Protection Oil to keep that natural cedar colour looking great over time.

Little joist set completed for our client in Winnersh. 🔨

9"×2" joists used throughout, with 9"×3" joists on the wider spans to give that extra strength where it’s needed. Solid, clean work and ready for the next stage.

Love doing these jobs — there’s something satisfying about seeing the structure come together. Stay tuned for the truss roof lift coming next! 🏗️
