We've recently gained planning approval for these 2 homes in Southbourne. Both homes benefit from sea views, and we have maximised these through each design. The first project features sea views from balconies to the master suite and open plan living space. The second project involves adding a second floor which will serve as a master suite, and new dormer to the front for sea views from the bedroom.

This beautiful new build house was recently completed in Lilliput. The house itself uses a wedge shaped design to maximise the site capacity, with a rectilinear first floor stepped in above. We're thrilled to have received planning permission for this project near Poole Park. The rear extension includes reconfiguring the ground floor plan into an amazing open plan family entertaining space, with adjoining snug, utility and shower room. The clients also wanted to modernise the appearance, including new windows and a more accentuated entrance.
