This large multi-chambered loft in Prestbury needed additional insulation to improve heat retention in the house, as well as some boarding platforms to access networking and audio-visual connectivity points.
The existing base insulation was put back where it should be (after numerous previous works by electricians and plumbers) and then an additional 38 rolls of 170mm insulation added, to take the total insulation depth to well over the recommended 270mm.
Finally, raised platforms and access walk-ways were created to make access around the loft much easier and safer.
