Public Consultation Event
We’ve recently had the pleasure of working on the historical old Parliament House and Owain Glyndwr Centre. Plans have been produced in association with the Centre’s committee to develop the building to make the most of the existing facilities and to rejuvenate the underused areas.

Here’s a 3D video representation of the proposed changes and alterations to the Owain Glyndwr Centre.

The 22-unit scheme, which is planned for the town's former livestock market is now at the pre-planning consultation stage which will run for 28 days to allow interested parties to comment on plans before a planning application is submitted.
