We're looking for an experienced Landscaper / Groundworker to join the team at Alwoods.

Not just someone who can graft... we're after someone who genuinely takes pride in building quality gardens.

If you're currently working somewhere that feels like the same old routine, this might be worth a look.

At Alwoods, we build high-end outdoor spaces that we're proud to put our name to. We'd rather build one incredible garden than rush through three average ones.

• Paving experience essential

• Holds a full UK driving licence
• Takes real pride in their workmanship

A garden we'll never forget.

Last year we had the privilege of helping bring this incredible project to life, and this week it finally aired on Channel 4 as part of George Clarke's Beautiful Builds.

Working alongside some fantastic people, we were responsible for delivering the hard landscaping and helping turn an ambitious design into reality.

Last year we got a call that every landscaper dreams of.

To help build a garden for Channel 4.

Designed by the incredibly talented , alongside the brilliant team at , we had the opportunity to bring something truly special to life.

For months we've had to keep this one under wraps.

Now that Beautiful Builds has aired, we can finally share it.

This project pushed us, tested us, and reminded us why we love what we do.

Something a little different on site this week 🌿

We brought a yoga teacher in for a session with the lads.

Construction can be physically demanding, high pressure and full-on mentally at times. We spend a lot of time looking after projects and clients, but not always enough time looking after ourselves.

An hour to slow down, stretch out tight bodies, breathe properly and reset the nervous system went a long way.

Strong foundations don’t just apply to landscaping — they apply to people too.

Big thanks to our instructor for holding the space and getting us all moving

Solid starts aren’t always easy 👊

We assisted with digging and pouring the foundations for an amazing project for the family at — and this one really put us through it.

Motorway shutdowns. Late plant deliveries. Awful ground conditions. An excavator track off. Collapsing trenches. Live services to work around. Torrential rain most of the way through.

But we kept it safe, kept it moving, and got it poured ✅
