👏 Congratulations Ryan and Dom! 👏

Great news from the team at Diamond Decorators as Ryan and Dom have successfully passed their Federation of Damp Certified Surveyor course with the Federation of Damp (FOD).

This additional qualification strengthens our team’s ability to identify and assess damp issues, something that plays an important role in the work we carry out across social housing and residential properties.

By continuing to invest in training and development, we’re ensuring our team has the knowledge and expertise to support clients and residents, helping deliver better outcomes across the communities we work in.

Meet Jamie..

Jamie, is our 3rd Apprentice Painter & Decorator at Diamond Decorators who attends Tameside College on a day release.

Jamie has shown strong commitment to learning the trade, taking pride in his work on site while continuing to develop his skills through his apprenticeship. Alongside his day-to-day role, Jamie has also completed additional training, including PASMA which supports safe and competent working practices.

With the right attitude, support from our experienced team and ongoing investment in training, Jamie is building solid foundations for a long-term career in construction.

Well done, Jamie — great progress and a positive future ahead 👏

Meet Macca..

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, we are pleased to introduce Macca, our 2nd Apprentice Painter & Decorator at Diamond Decorators.

Macca is completing his 2nd year apprenticeship in partnership with Tameside College combining college-based learning with hands-on experience on live projects.

Since joining the team, Macca has shown a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic on site. Working alongside experienced decorators, he is developing practical skills and building solid foundations for a long-term career in the construction industry.

It’s great to see the next generation coming through with the right mindset, support and opportunities in place.

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud to introduce Pash, one of our Apprentice Painters & Decorators at Diamond Decorators.

Pash has shown a great attitude and is keen to learn, committed on site and always willing to get stuck in. Alongside working on live projects, he continues to develop his skills through his apprenticeship while also completing additional training, including an IPAF certification.

Supported by our experienced supervisors and team, Pash is building strong foundations in the trade and demonstrating exactly why investing in apprentices is so important for the future of our industry.

As National Apprenticeship Week begins, Diamond Decorators (UK) Limited are proud to support Train Tameside 500 as an ambassador and to have been involved in the filming of the new campaign video.

Led by Tameside College in partnership with Tameside Council, the programme plays a vital role in developing skills, supporting local employers and creating meaningful opportunities for the future workforce across Tameside.

The finished video captures exactly why Train Tameside 500 matters, and we are proud to play our part in supporting the next generation.

A great start to January

Throughout the month our teams have continued to deliver a diverse programme of works across multiple sectors and locations, demonstrating our capacity to operate effectively within live, occupied and time-critical environments.
