Kitchen, office and utility room
Renovation project completed in hazel grove. Stunning transformation!! We moved the kitchen on this one and turned the existing kitchen into a utility room and office. Lots of structual alterations including removing the chimney and converting the old outhouse. New roof, bi folding doors, windows, brickwork, the list goes on!! we have the best team for the job, polite, professional and friendly

**JOB VACANCY FOR JOINER/BUILDER**

We are looking primarily for a joiner to become part of our team with experience in general building work.

We are a specialist building company that carries out work associated with the re-configuration of kitchens to create open-plan kitchens and dining rooms, also single-story extensions as part of a kitchen project.

We would go in and remove the existing kitchen, take down walls and install steelwork to create an open plan space.

The main joinery work to a high standard would include,
• Installation of windows and doors
• Installation of composite and upvc doors
• Installation of Bi folding doors
• Pitched roofs on single story extensions
• Installation of Velux windows
• Installation of roof lanterns
• Stud walls
• Internal doors
• Skirting boards and architraves
• Floor joists
• Alterations
• Facia and soffit boards

You would work as part of a team, usually in pairs and depending on the workloads at any given time, you would be carrying out joinery work or carrying out the work involved to open up rooms and installation of the steelwork.

We have a small team of employed joiners and builders who are all multi-skilled who would prepare the room ready for the plumbers, plasterers, electricians, floor layers and kitchen installers who would carry out their part separately.

We would then go back in to carry out the second fix of joinery work to a high standard.

The company is well managed with all the plans and job details on site for you to work to from. You would have a project manager to answer any questions and that would carry out site visits to discuss the work involved as required.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm with a 30-minute paid lunch break.

You would be required to send pictures of the work personally completed with a clear description of work personally completed to your manager at the end of each day.

Customer service and a good work attitude is a priority.

Excellent rates of pay for the right candidate with paid holidays.

This would be an employed role with the use of a company van for business use only, including commuting. A clean driving license is essential.

You would need a good selection of your own tools to carry out the joinery work.

A recently completed project in Cheadle Hulme🤩
Here we removed a chimney breast and installed the required steelwork. We then supplied and installed a new kitchen, utility, and media unit all in a grained shaker style door. Included in this project was all electrical, plumbing, and plastering work, as well as the flooring by our friendly and reliable trade team 😊
As always, a fully project managed service was provided end to end, with regular updates communicated to the customer to ensure a seamless process.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are currently short on office staff meaning that we will have to close the showroom on some days.

At the moment, we plan to be closed at the showroom on the following dates:

Saturday 20th July
Saturday 3rd August
Week commencing 5th August all week
Week commencing 12th August all week

A stunning project completed last year by our fab team! 🤩

Structural alterations on this job included taking out a wall and chimney breast and installing the required steelwork, altering window and door openings to house new windows and sliding doors, plus many more tweaks and changes to brickwork and pipe work.

This customer then chose a gorgeous handleless kitchen in dust grey and light grey, paired with Bianco Nouveau quartz worktops, upstands, and splashback. 🙌🏻

As always the entire project was managed by our office team based in Great Moor, providing the customer service and management all of our customers deserve 😊
