Another one underway. This time North Manchester. A complete garden makeover. This project includes a new decking area, an artificial grass lawn, an oak railway sleeper wall, a pathway, wall removal, new fence, and a paved driveway using a mixture of our clients existing flags and newly imported flags.

One of our recent projects for a lettings agent over in Oldham.
The garden has vebe neglected for quite some time, a lot of eneven concrete, rubbish and rotten decking.
Our job here was to strip the garden completely, back to a blank canvas, install a concrete block retaining wall separating the upper garden from the proposed lower paved area. A sleeper across the higher level supporting the fence and incorporating a step for the newly installed path.
Finally budget concrete paving was installed to the lower level, and ground cover added using stone chippings throughout the garden.
Now waiting for the go-ahead for the next phase of the project. The replacing of the fencing.
A nice low budget job for a lettings agent. More expensive paving and walling was optional.
