Framed Circulation

From the first step inside, this home unfolds in gentle layers.

Joinery becomes architecture. Storage becomes structure. A simple view through the home becomes a gently composed sequence of light, material, and movement.

It’s subtle, but powerful. A circulation experience that unveils itself and invites you in at every turn.

A spatial rhythm that feels intentional - never forced.

Compact Practicality

Small space, big intent.

Even the smallest spaces can reflect your most important values.

This utility, tucked behind the everyday rhythm of the house, is resolved with the same care and clarity as the main rooms-featuring bespoke green cabinetry, crisp lighting, and a palette that connects directly back to the kitchen.

A reminder that even the smallest rooms deserve architectural care.

Open Plan Comfort

This is how comfort is framed.
From the soft lounge seating through to the kitchen beyond, this space unfolds in layers - a careful interplay of tone, texture, and function.

The Brick House extension was designed to give structure to the flow of daily life. Every view is intentional, every opening meaningful. Here, the plan isn’t just a diagram - it’s an invitation.

Spaces designed with intention create lives lived with ease…

A reminder that design isn’t just how something looks - it’s how it works, supports everyday life and quietly elevates.

Form and Function, Anchored in Stone

This space balances presence with purpose. The kitchen at High Ridehalgh Farm draws
strength from its material roots - solid, enduring, and quietly expressive. Stone and timber work together here, grounding the everyday with permanence.

It’s not just a place to eat, but a space to gather - a room where family life, function, and memory meet across the worktop.

Warm Materiality

This kitchen connects fire and function.
The long sightline reveals a thoughtful pairing of texture - brick, steel, timber — anchoring the warmth of a family kitchen with the clarity of contemporary design. Built with sustainability at its core and simplicity in its expression, this is a room that reflects the values of the home it belongs to.

A space to live, gather, and cook — without boundaries.

Gathering Space

Where Design Disappears into Living

Here, the boundaries between architecture and lifestyle dissolve. This corner - a soft seat, a line of light, a change in material - captures the subtlety of High Ridehalgh Farm. It’s about the quiet moments: a place to sit, watch the trees shift, and feel the house respond.

No grandeur. No spectacle. Just a stillness that invites you in.

Attic Retreat

At High Ridehalgh Farm, architecture meets atmosphere.

This loft bedroom captures the quiet confidence of the home — calm materials, soft lines, and a stillness that rises with the ceiling. Every detail is intentional, celebrating the absence of distraction.

It’s a space designed for pause, shaped by daylight and anchored in restraint. In a home where family, nature, and work coexist, this is where the world gently slows down.

The angles aren’t a constraint — they are the character.

Behind the Build

Every project starts here - pen strokes that evolve into CAD drawings, where scale and spatial intent take shape with precision.

This is the architectural skeleton of Chilli Tortilla: a fast-paced café space that served Altrincham for eight years, designed to balance movement, experience, and brand personality.

Working closely with the founder of the burrito and taco concept, we helped shape more than a restaurant. We helped define an identity - one that fused culture, layout logic, and vibrant materiality within the framework of a modest commercial unit.

Before the wall art, the bric-a-brac, and the bold red herringbone tiles, there was this: a drawing.

A measured rhythm of prep, serve, sit, return. Colour and texture would follow. But here, on
paper, is where it all began. From layout strategy to lighting intent, the drawing board is where emotion meets order.

“Whatever good things we build end up building us“ Emanuel James Rohn

At EOHMA, we see architecture as more than just creating spaces—it’s about shaping experiences, enriching lives, and leaving a lasting legacy. Each design is a reflection of our commitment to pushing boundaries, blending creativity with precision, and crafting environments that inspire and endure.

Let’s continue building with purpose, creating spaces that not only stand the test of time but also shape the way we live, connect, and grow.
