Cold morning and the heating won't come on? 🥶

A few safe checks before you report it:

✅ Is the thermostat turned up and the timer on? (The clocks going back can upset older timers.)
✅ Is there power to the boiler, and any fault code or light showing? Take a photo.
✅ If your boiler has a pressure gauge, note the reading.
✅ Are neighbours affected too? Say so when you report it.

⚠️ Never open the boiler casing. If you smell gas, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999.
