🏗️ New Extension Project Started – Structural Opening in Progress

Another exciting project underway where we are transforming this property into a modern open-plan living space with a brand new extension.

The existing structure has been carefully demolished to allow the installation of new structural steel (RSJ beams) that will support the house and create a large open internal space.

At this stage the focus is on structure and safety:

✔️ Controlled demolition of the existing extension
✔️ Temporary structural supports installed
✔️ Preparation for RSJ steel installation
✔️ Foundations being prepared for the new extension
✔️ Structural opening for a future open-plan layout

This project is being carried out in full accordance with:

📐 Architect drawings
📏 Structural engineer calculations
🏗️ Building regulations requirements

Following these steps ensures the project is safe, compliant and built to last.

This is only the beginning of the transformation, and we will continue sharing progress as the build moves forward — from structure and brickwork to the final finished space.
