Our Story
Leach Rhodes Walker Ltd has its head office in Manchester, together with an office in London and one in Bucharest, Romania.
The practice has over 60 years experience with circa 100 staff and operates in all commercial sectors, throughout the UK, Europe and the Far East, with projects currently ranging from £5m to £500m.
As Award winning architects, our service as architects is commercially orientated working mainly for established clients, whilst we also undertake diverse public sector work and one off commissions. Our aim is to provide buildings, which in addition to meeting clients objective requirements (such as budget, aesthetics and size), also benefit their users in their daily lives and make a strong contribution to the built environment with their imaginative and creative design.
This has been acknowledged in the past 5 years by numerous Awards including a Civic Design Award at the University of York, An Eco Award at Mapic for a Shopping Centre and the Architects Practice of the Year Award from Insider.
We have a reputation for innovative design solutions, balancing commercial requirements, aesthetic and environmental considerations, with sound technical construction knowledge.
The team within the business practice is energetic and enthusiastic and has a mix of individuals, from young enthusiastic designers to seasoned technical experts. Whatever the project, and whatever the size, we can assemble a team with the right skills that can be dedicated to the efficient and effective delivery of the clients aspirations.
