Very sad announcement, we have tried our best to avoid this but unfortunately with rising costs from suppliers, so called competitors undercutting us as they are using unwarranted cheap materials and rising cost of living for our staff so needing more wages we are left no choice but to………….READ MORE….

A little sneak peak into one of our own projects totally transforming the front of this property, the before and after are like two totally different houses, this is just phase 1, many won’t notice the difference or the little details we have added along the way which comes from my eye for detail, it’s took a while longer than planned as we was waiting on certain materials that had to be special orders and then the weather put the rendering off for a couple of months but it’s almost there.

I would just like to thank everyone for the comments, messages, even cards and flowers for my Mrs and children after what she went through the other day. I couldn’t possibly thank you all individually as it’s been that many. What beautiful people we have around us in our family, and in our community. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Apologies if anyone seen our Black Land Rover driving slightly erratically this morning on Alkrington near Mount Rd/Farmway, my Mrs was walking our little dogs and was attacked by some type of large pitbull looking thing that had run out of a house on Farmway and out of nowhere . Unfortunately our dog was too injured to be saved and had to be put to sleep. I would just like to thank those that came to help my Mrs and apologise for my erratic driving as I had a few angry looks.

It’s been a hectic week of juggling trades but we got there, we just completed a job at a local school, we removed walls, installed RSJs where needed, moved electrics, removed radiators, then installed two sets of aluminium Bifolding doors, one in the staff room and the other in a class room, all re-plastered, rewired, built a step, installed new roller shutters and then erected a Veranda outside the class room so the children can still play outside even when it’s raining. A massive thank you to all the subcontractors involved for making this happen all on time. for plastering last minute, Empire Building Services for letting us use his brickies, Elite Electrical Contractors NW for making sense of a million wires 🤣 PWM Skip Hire for no delay drop and pick up, Northwest Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning for dropping in and cleaning up a carpet after other workers made a mess. All this was going on while we also fitted doors and windows on three extensions, replaced 3 windows on one of the houses, fitted a composite arch door on one property and another composite door on another house. But apart from that it’s been a quiet week. 🙈🙈
