If doing diy electrical projects, one should always clip cables to areas out of the way otherwise you risk electrocution or causing a fire, luckly this one was found before anything happened. 3rd pic is the adjusted cable.

With the expansion of works of late LEM Services is looking to expand operations.
Am currently building a list of skilled trades and general labourours/handy people in London and Kent, with a view to cover more areas in the future. Work will be on a as needed basis.

Worth reading as putting anything but the three p's down the loo causes all kind of issues with the water way, and the works to clear problems is charged to us via the water bill.
If issues appear within your property boundaries you may be liable to sort it out at great cost.

Electrical News - Regulations update.
The BS7671:2008 Requirements for Electrical Installations (Electricians bible) Amendment 3 will be published in January 2015, and should be complied with by 1st of July 2015.
All new installations and any additions or modifications into existing installations after this date will have to comply.
Make sure your Electrician is up to date.
Electrical Regulations are there to protect life and property, don't take the risk,
