“Box Room” conversion. Turning the smallest room in the house into a multi-functional space. When stairs cut into a room it always creates an issue with “How do we use it?” Hopefully we nailed the brief here, creating an office, storage room whilst retaining a fully functional bedroom.

Project - Compact ensuite bathroom with a raised floor and a further step into a small shower enclosure.

Issue - Our client has accessibility issues and needs help from a carer.

Solution- Remove the raised floor and hide all pipe work under the original floor. Reposition the stud wall to increase the shower area. Install wet-room drainage system. Fully tile the floor and walls to create a totally practical and stylish space.
