Let's Payweekly Ltd are looking for the following to work in their Middlesbrough office: -
We are looking for someone with the following skills: -
Answer and Call customers about the subject of their carpet delivery
File paperwork and create delivery schedules
Use bespoke systems to book in delivery dates
Liaise with our customers regarding orders
Book up orders on our custom systems
Speak with carpet fitters regarding any issues they may incur
Complete general administration duties
Must have a good understanding of Microsoft excel
A good understanding of social media would help
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Customer Service, who are looking to develop their skills in a growing business.
You must be an effective communicator who enjoys building rapport with customers and demonstrating excellent Customer Services skills.
You will have excellent verbal and written command of the English Language
You have good computer skills and the ability to think logically under pressure.
You are able to work under pressure and thrive in a busy environment.
You must be a confident team player but also be able to work from your own initiative.
You need to demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while at work.
Working Hours Monday to Friday we are open between 8.30am and 5.00pm;
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £18,250.00-£18,500.00 per year
