The popularity of construction with timber continues to grow worldwide and for good reason.

Additionally, our clients choose constructive solutions that combine the best of both worlds: the comfort and convenience of mobile living with the timeless beauty and charm of wood, and they are called mobile homes.
This week, we are excited to discuss a remarkable construction assembled in the UK.

The foundation on the concrete slab was successfully replaced with the Easy Pads system, more precisely, 45.

We have noticed your appreciation for our mobile homes and are excited to offer you another reason to like them even more: Quality Control!

Our prefabricated mobile homes undergo rigorous quality control inspections. Our manufacturing process is certified and closely monitored by an external auditor. We use KPIs and modules integrated into the manufacturing process to check and control each work point. Each milestone is controlled individually and manually for manufacturing defects and with the help of ERP for quantity control.

The result of this process can be seen in today's project. We are talking about a mobile home that spans around 120 square meters and incorporates about 35 cubic meters of wood.

The exterior walls have a 45x150 framing structure, mineral glass wool as an insulation layer, a membrane for controlling the passage of water vapour, plasterboard, 12 mm OSB boards and a highly breathable membrane designed to optimise wind tightness by limiting the unconditional passage of air to protect the structure.
The exterior walls are finished with a 28mm cladding, horizontally plated.
The interior walls have a framing structure of 45x100mm, a layer of mineral glass wool with a vapour control membrane, 12mm OSB sheets and plasterboard.

At Timber World, we hold ourselves to a high standard of excellence. Our commitment to quality is unwavering, and we take great care in ensuring that every project we undertake is at the utmost precision and attention to detail!

They say Rome wasn’t built in a day; we say it could have been, well, at least, if it had been built in partnership with Timber World!

A short construction process is one of our most significant benefits. We can cut the assembly time in half by manufacturing already-equipped panels and delivering them to the site.

We are excited to share the completed project we previously discussed. It involves a mobile home in Goffs Oak, UK, assembled within - drum rolls, please - two and a half weeks.

We remind you of some technical details. The exterior walls have a 45x150mm framing structure, Knauf NatuRoll Plus 150mm mineral wool insulation, a Rothoblass V***r In 120 membrane for controlling the passage of water vapour, 12mm OSB sheets and Traspir 110 foil for limiting the unconditional passage of air. The exterior walls are finished on one side with a 12.5mm plasterboard and a 42mm half-round wooden profile on the other.
The interior walls have a framing structure of 45x100mm, Knauf NatuRoll Plus 100mm mineral wool insulation with an acoustic role, a V***r In 120 membrane, 12mm OSB sheets and 12.5mm plasterboard.

Are you ready to embark on a journey of speed and innovation? Let’s join forces and revolutionize the wood construction industry together!

Over the past few decades, wood has emerged as a serious alternative to concrete and steel in the UK, revolutionising the construction industry. With its eco-friendly and sustainable properties, timber has become the go-to choice for ambitious construction projects, elevating blocks and residential districts, commercial spaces, and office buildings to new heights of innovation and design.

But it's not just about aesthetics - wood is also leading the charge in reducing our carbon footprint and improving the health and well-being of the British people. We're excited to showcase another impressive project, proudly assembled in the UK, that aligns with these design and environmental standards.

What sets this construction apart is its stunning semi-hexagonal shape, spreading over an impressive 178m2 area.
The framing structure of the exterior walls measures 45x200mm and is insulated with 200mm Knauff Unifit 032 mineral wool. For controlling the vapours, our client chose Rothoblaas Vlies 120 membrane. 12mm OSB was applied, and a highly breathable membrane Transpir 110, completing the wall on one side with a 12,5mm plasterboard and on the other side with a vertical cladding of 28mm panelling.

The interior walls' framing structure measures 45x100mm, with Knauff Unifit 035 - 100mm mineral wool as acoustic insulation, to which a 12mm OSB was applied and a 12,5mm plasterboard. The foundation rests upon 100 Easy Pads, successfully replacing traditional concrete foundations.
Ready to build your next project and make a positive impact on the environment? Let's work together, to create a better future for all!

As our prefabricated mobile houses on the UK construction market enjoy great popularity, today we present another project of this type.
The building has an area of 127m2, encloses around 50 cubic meters of wood and rests upon 54 easy pads, which are the perfect replacement for the traditional concrete foundation.

We used 150x45mm structure studs for the exterior walls, insulated with Isover Domo 150mm mineral wool and equipped with 12mm OSB, a Rothoblaas Vapour In 120 membrane and 12,5mm plasterboard, finishing the wall with a high breathable membrane Traspir 110 Rothoblaas and a 28mm vertical wood cladding.

Are you looking for a company to deliver and assemble any building in record time?

At Timber World, we’ve optimized every aspect of the production and post-production process to ensure maximum efficiency and speed on the construction site. We’ll work with you to create a customized offer that fits your needs and requirements. We’ve got you covered whether you’re looking for specific thermal coefficients, materials, or dimensions.

From the confirmation of the acceptance drawing, your Timber World construction will arrive at its destination in just 60 days. Once completed in production, each panel is carefully wrapped in special foils that allow the products to breathe while providing UV and weather protection.
Thus the storage on the construction site is safer and extended. We offer logistics solutions through land and sea transport, ensuring that your products arrive quickly and easily, regardless of location.
Once on site, each package is unloaded in the order required for assembly so that each panel that makes up the construction is mounted like a lego block, according to our provided assembly manual.

And if you don’t take our word for it, we present the final result of a project we discussed a few weeks ago. It’s about the Sam Kirby project in Stretton, Rutland, UK. The foundation of 65 easy pads has allowed minimal site preparation, was easy to install and required no special equipment. The assembly of the construction took a total of 4 weeks, taking into account all the above aspects.

At Timber World, we don’t just offer high-quality products, customization options, and personalized services. We ensure that our partners get the best possible value for their investment with cost-effective solutions that deliver results.
