🟢 Worn-out washer (O-ring or rubber seal): Washers ensure a tight seal between the internal components of the tap, and if they wear out, water can seep through them.
Often, simply replacing the washer resolves the issue.

🟢 Additionally, other causes can include worn valve seats, loose parts, limescale buildup, or pressure issues.

The duration of a complete bathroom depends on the complexity of the work, the size of the bathroom, and the amount of tasks to be completed. I usually finish within 6-10 working days.
The work process includes the following steps:
1️⃣ Demolition and preparation
2️⃣ Subfloor preparation, plumbing and electrical work
3️⃣ Tiling, painting and other surface work
4️⃣ Installation and adjustment of bathtub, shower, sink, and other fixtures
