That swishing your peonies in lukewarm water when the bud is closed is a great idea...! 🙌🏼

It gets rid of any sap on the petals which then helps the petals to open. Then, just leave them to dry.

One year ago I had no idea what was next after redundancy. I booked my first floristry workshop with The Cambridge Flower School just to try something completely new.

I’d never done anything like it before and honestly had no idea if it would lead anywhere, but something about it just clicked. What started as taking a chance on myself during a really uncertain time has turned into a small business I’m incredibly proud of.

There’s still lots to learn, but I’m so grateful for everyone who’s supported me along the way - every order, recommendation, message and kind word has meant more than you know.

A year later and I’m building something special, one tiny petal at a time 🌷
