We often get asked how the process works!
1️⃣ Get in touch
Send us a message or enquiry — whether you already have ideas and plans, or you just know your garden needs a change and want some inspiration.
2️⃣ Site visit & design
We then arrange a site visit to discuss your ideas or what could potentially work. If you are insure, this is where our hand-drawn garden designs come in — helping you visualise the space and explore ideas before any work begins.
3️⃣ Confirm your booking
Once you’re happy with the design and quote, we secure your project date with a 10% deposit. We often book projects months in advance, this allows our clients to plan financially and provides protection for both parties
4️⃣ You’re booked in!
Your place in our schedule is confirmed, and we’ll take care of everything from planning to build. For most of our projects, we also schedule a meeting the week before the project commences to go over ideas and check in with our clients.
If you’re planning ahead, we’re already scheduling projects throughout 2026, so getting in touch early gives you the best choice of dates. 🙌
