Good couple of days at Harrison Plastering at our Windermere project 👊

We’ve now completed the 100mm kingspan insulation in the eave’s and used insulated plasterboard through out this floor, with all steel beams fully protected in pink fire board 🔥

That’s one of the rooms on the forth floor now completed and taking shape nicely. You can really start to see this space coming together.

Plenty more to come on this one, stay tuned 👀

Another fantastic project underway in Windermere 🔨

This large property spans 4 levels and will be fully insulated, boarded, and skimmed throughout to the highest standards.

From structural prep to the final finish, we take pride in delivering quality workmanship on every job, no shortcuts, just proper plastering done right.

Project Update – Windermere

Great progress being made on our Windermere project for Lowther and Dawson 👌

Since our last update, the team have been pushing on well with the upstairs of the project and we’re pleased to share that:

✅ Boarding works are now well underway across the property
✅ Insulation has been completed in key areas
✅ First phases of skimming have started, with some areas already finished to a high standard

It’s really starting to take shape now and you can see the transformation as each stage is completed.

A big credit to the lads on site for keeping everything moving efficiently and maintaining top-quality workmanship throughout 👏

We’ll continue to share updates as we progress further—plenty more to come on this one!

As our plastering works on this development at castle chambers in Lancaster City Centre come to an end, we’d like to reflect on what has been a highly rewarding project.

It has been a pleasure working with SR Design & Build Ltd in delivering this scheme for the Sleep Inn Group - Serviced Accommodation, alongside a number of excellent contractors.

Strong collaboration and high standards across the project have made it a great one to be involved in. We’re proud to have contributed and look forward to seeing the completed development.

This project involved the recent completion of a dormer extension in Morecambe, carried out to a high standard of workmanship throughout. The internal areas were fully lined using insulated plasterboard to improve thermal efficiency and ensure compliance with current building regulations. All materials were installed with care and precision, with appropriate preparation undertaken prior to finishing. The surfaces were then professionally skimmed to achieve a smooth, consistent finish, ready for decoration. The completed works provide a durable, well-insulated, and high-quality internal finish, enhancing both comfort and overall presentation of the extension.
