Meet the team behind LDD! Next up… Amanda Leaker, our Director of Finance & Marketing 👏

As Arthur’s eldest daughter, Amanda has quite literally grown up in the family business! Working at LDD from a young age throughout school and university, learning the ropes across several departments along the way.

Today, Amanda manages the whole group’s Finances and HR operations, while also leading Marketing strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement across the LDD Group.

Amanda is passionate about the future of the family business and plays an important role in helping shape the next chapter of LDD.

And yes… working with family definitely has its moments 😅 but Amanda stands by one thing: if she can handle Arthur as both her Dad AND her Boss, then she can probably handle just about anything! 🤣

Meet the team behind LDD UK… introducing our newest member; Brian Lisett, Contracts Manager 👏

With over 20 years in the KBB industry, Brian brings extensive experience across kitchens, appliances, contracts and the housebuilder sector. Starting out in the plumbing trade before progressing into management and the KBB industry in 2005. Brian has built strong partnerships throughout the sector and proudly helped achieve multiple NHBC awards over the years.

At LDD UK, Brian is responsible for driving the growth and delivery of kitchens, appliances and flooring sales across the housebuilder and developer channel. Known for his honesty, transparency and strong customer relationships, Brian is excited to continue supporting both new and long-standing customers as part of the LDD Group.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys travelling, good food & wine 🍷 He also enjoys the gym, golf, and spending time with family ⛳

Max joined the LDD team at the end of 2025, bringing over 40 years of experience within the kitchen industry.

Previously with Waterline, Max has built a fantastic reputation across the sector and earned multiple Salesman of the Year awards throughout his career.

Covering the North of England, Max focuses on developing new business, supporting kitchen retailers, and showcasing the extensive LDD product portfolio.

When he’s not out on the road, Max enjoys long country walks with his cockapoo Frank and partner Jude. 🐾

Arthur founded the LDD Group 26 years ago and has been the driving force behind the business ever since. With over 30 years of industry experience, his hands-on leadership, determination and vision have helped LDD become a trusted name within the UK kitchen & appliance industry.

As most people know, Arthur does not like to be disturbed on a Friday afternoon, as he participates in a very important weekly “course”… which just so happens to involve 18 holes and a clubhouse! ⛳
