Cornerstone insulating render, finished with Cornish Lime’s CLM66 Superfine Lime Putty, a trowelled finish with the added marble dust making it silky smooth! Insulating this beautiful period property in , utilising the Warmshell system. 80mm Wood Fibre Boards installed to specification and finished in lime plaster. Other internal walls given a freshen up and skim ready for decorating. Excellent feedback from this customer not only about the quality and level of service received from but also the finish and quality of work which has been completed to a very high standard.

Job showcase from last year: sub-contracted by a local heritage builder to apply Ultra Insulating render + skim in Lime Green Solo. Ceiling skimmed in Lime Green Solo. Work and products as specified by the estate & conservation office.

All walls received a stipple coat followed by approx. 40mm Ultra over a scratch and float coat, then skimmed in 10mm Lime Green Solo bringing the walls out to a finished thickness of approx. 50mm

Time spent on the very uneven walls to ensure they were plumb and level for the kitchen fitters.

Enjoyed using a modern take on lime based products. Clients and estate very happy with the finish. All works were completed in the given timeframe.

Some great before and afters..

Client contacted me and asked if I could restore his fireplace back to former glory. It was a massive harbour of damp and had been neglected by the previous owners using incorrect gypsum materials and tanking systems which had been capturing moisture and damaging the masonry.

• A full knock off, repointed in lime mortar in areas to repair damaged and loose brickwork.
• Soot stains treated with cow poo to block and prevent future staining coming through the plaster. 💩
• Followed by lime plastering it with traditional 3 coat lime work to bring it up to standard and ready for a nice log burner to be fitted.
• Rounded corners and quirky details to complement the rest of the rooms features.
• Mature lime putty skim, finished nice and smooth as per clients request.
