This one was an old cottage over in Sandbach a very old building throwing up its challenges.

🔨 FULL RENOVATION🔨

• Knocked every wall back to original brick work and re boarded and plastered the entire property using insulated plaster boards/fire boards.

• Old, unsafe, collapsing walls removed and replaced with stud work upstairs all new doors and casing.

•Old window bricked up to create a bigger more spacious kitchen.

•Full new bathroom suite from new plaster to new radiators.

• Full new kitchen including walls removed and STEEL RsJ installed. (Customers spec)

•Media wall to customers specification.

•Entire property self levelled throughout.

• Fully re plumbed including new boiler from Sam and Liam.

• Full rewire and board change.

•All flooring laid throughout.

•All new doors through the property.

•Original oak beams restored (by the customer)

• Existing stairs modified to widen the treads as per customers request.

Page update finally…

Some before and after pictures for a customer over in Haslington

•Dig off and prepare groundwork’s with MOT.

•Custom built sleeper planters.

Customer had old existing garage knocked down and replaced with a new modern side extension. This project was a full renovation consisting of a complete rip out of the original kitchen, re plastered all of the bungalow, fully re wired, entire property fully self levelled, all new skirts and arcs, new oak doors supplied and fitted along with door casings, a solid oak floor laid throughout, custom built in wardrobe furniture fitted, roof lantern fitted in the new extension and re built the garden wall along the perimeter of the property.

Photos below show the original photos of the property when works commenced, works throughout and works completed. What a huge difference it makes to the overall new look 🤩

Removal of original buildings due to weak footings
Excavate new footings to meet BSAU standards
Completion certificate from Cheshire East Building Control ☑️
New circuit board installed to comply with current regs, electrical certificate given ☑️
New radiators throughout
All pipe feeds were installed and capped off ready for customer to fit his own bathrooms
Doors, Skirting and architraves fitted throughout
Velux skylights installed to create more light
Dry ridge system installed ☑️

Single story at the front of the property, two stories on the rear. This was to create an additional master bedroom with an en-suite. Down stairs was a utility room, a downstairs bathroom and a living area.

The photos show some stages throughout the job from start to finish 👍🏼
Customer was very happy with all the works carried out 😀👌🏼

Removed load bearing wall to create a larger kitchen space, steel RSJ was fitted as per structural calculation and signed off by Cheshire East Building Control ☑️
Relocation of the boiler, full gas safe certificate issued ☑️
Relocation of some radiators
Rewired downstairs of the property, electrical certificate issued ☑️
Re boarding of the ceilings
Fully re plastered downstairs
Stud walling was installed so at a later date customer could have doors fitted to close off the room if they decide to do so
