✏️A TASTE OF SOME CONCEPT DESIGNED DEVELOPED OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS ✏️

We have the privilege of working on a variety of different projects, ranging from refurbishments of existing buildings and retaining their traditional fabric to creating bespoke modern designs, covering all different building uses.

As part of our services, we can give the client a real feel of how their proposed spaces will be used, through the use of internal and external 3D walkthroughs and animations. We believe that this is an essential part of a client's journey as it enables them to envisage the end product, ensuring it meets their expectations.

‼️NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY‼️

We're happy to announce that this interior re-modelling scheme is now underway. Works has commenced with the initial stripping out on all floors, in preparation for the next phase of the project.

We were commissioned by the client to assist in transforming their current layout, and creating an open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living Area with direct access onto the rear garden, with this being the big priority.

‼️REPLACEMENT DWELLING SCHEME‼️

The last few weeks has seen some fantastic progress at this scheme, with the blockwork reaching first floor level, steelwork in place therefore allowing the first floor joists to be put in place.

Follow for further progression updates on this scheme as it continues its' development, and transforms into our client's dream home. 🌳🏡

Despite the Christmas break and some very challenging weather conditions, this scheme has continued to progress nicely, and is now well under-way with the dwellings' blockwork fast approaching first floor level.

‼️CONCRETE POURED AND SET‼️

Following further challenging weather conditions, this scheme has still managed to progress nicely, with the concrete slab poured and set.

Now that the slab is poured, this projects’ journey will rapidly progress and come to life. 🏠🌳

‼️WE'RE OUT THE GROUND‼️

Following on from the foundation trenches being dug, the blockwork phase has now commenced with the outline of the property really taking shape.

Despite challenging weather conditions in the past week, works have carried on at a solid pace, and is now inching closer to the pouring of the concrete slab. 🏠🏡🌳

Stay tuned for further updates as this scheme will gain a solid slab in which to progress forward.

‼️SOLID START TO THIS PROJECT ‼️

Exciting times ahead for one of our clients as this Replacement Dwelling scheme has made a start, with the foundation trenches dug and filled with concrete ready for the next phase of the project.

Now that the foundation is set for this project, dreams will soon become a reality for our client, as the journey to their forever home is well and truly underway. 🏠🏡🌳

We were commissioned by a local business to seek approval for a Change of Use from Use Class B1 & B8 to A1 to include extensions and alterations to create a Hair & Beauty Salon.
