Exciting times are ahead of us at Finch Services!

We have received many requests from our customers to dispose of household waste/garden waste. We have taken this feedback seriously and materialised it to provide a new service for our customers. We at Finch Services are are now licensed as an upper tier waste carrier, this means that we can now offer waste disposal as a new service to our customers!

Another completed pond! The customer reported issues with constant leaks from the pond causing the water level to drop which prevented the water feature from operating.
We evaluated the pond and proposed that we will clear the water and detritus from the pond, identify the cause of the leaks and amend them, replace the liner and fit the underlay to aid the new liners protection, then lastly refit and level the water feature.

Upon further inspection we located 20+ punctures!

Another pond completed! The customer wanted to increase the volume of their pond and to make it easier to perch down to watch/feed their fish.
Sleepers were placed around the pond along with a new underlay and liner fitted. The customers were both very happy with the end result!

A ground worker in the Andover area reached out to us with a pond that had developed a leak they had built for a customer. We went straight down there to identify the cause of this. After inspection two issues were identified, a leak around the waterfall and a poor quality liner (tarpaulin sold as a pond liner online!). We at Finch Services had to explain to the customer and the ground worker the issues, and educate them on the importance of a decent pond liner as they were both new to pond installation. We purchased a new pond liner for the customer and fitted it the same day and sealed all the leaks. After the pond settled we came back to help the ground worker do the finishing touches. Both the customer and the ground worker were very thankful for the help/support that we provided!

We have a big jet wash job on! The bridge here was becoming very slippery and dangerous to cross. Come autumn/winter this would be an exceptionally high risk, however with a quick jet wash this removes the layer of algae and brings back that lovely clean wooden surface.
