🚧 Critical Security Upgrade Completed 🚧

Active Concept Enterprise Ltd recently carried out an urgent replacement of a barrier motor on a 13-metre high-impact sliding gate at a major arena following an increased security threat.

Due to the time-critical nature of the project, our engineer worked through the night to ensure the site’s perimeter security was fully restored with minimal disruption to operations.

With excellent technical support from CAME UK and guidance from Dave Harrison, we installed the powerful CAME BKV motor — a reliable solution designed for heavy-duty, high-traffic gate systems.

At Active Concept, our priority is not only delivering secure and compliant solutions, but also removing the stress and headaches from our customers by managing the entire process from start to finish.

Safety and compliance were a key priority throughout the project, with the system including:

✅ 4 x photocells

At Active Concept Enterprise Ltd, we pride ourselves on long-standing relationships and delivering when it matters most.

Recently, we were contacted by a valued client we worked with for over 20 years. After more than 10 years since his retirement, he’s now returned to work as the Facilities Manager at his local golf club where he has been a member for over 30 years.

Despite not having worked together in over a decade, it was great to reconnect and provide support when it was needed.

They were experiencing ongoing issues with a faulty automatic barrier, including a damaged arm caused by forced operation. While this particular manufacturer isn’t one we regularly work with, we didn’t hesitate to step in because loyalty and service matter.

Replacement of the damaged elbow joint barrier arm
Adjustment of the barrier cams for correct operation
Calibration of limit switches to ensure safe and reliable performance
