We are back again with another completed project 😁

Returning customer got in contact after her porch roof was in need of a new roof and a tidy up.

We replace the roof using flexitec from restec (the course we had just completed with restec themselves) meaning this customer now gets 20 year warranty 🗒✔️

We renewed the guttering and relocated the downpipe due to them constantly getting floods infront of the porch door every time it rained.

To finished we scraped off all the loose paintwork and repainted the porch walls giving it that fresh new look to match the roof 🎨🖌

We are back again with another completed project.

We only had 6 weeks to to totally transform this property ready for the new tenants

From making a stud wall to separate bedroom and walk way to the family bathroom, giving the whole property a fresh new coat of paint bringing this property back to life.🎨🖌

We also added a firewall in the loft to meet regulations for tenants giving them up to 90 minutes fire fireproof 🔥

First photos are of the new finish and you can tell as the photos go on what the property use to look like 😬

We returned to this full re-roof/fascia and gutters replacment today now the scaffolding is done.

It always brings a smile to my face when you return to a job and its looking this good 😍

We are back again with another completed roof

Full valley replacements

Given this home a new look completely with the customers over the moon.

All fascias replaced with new black woodgrain and cast iron gutters replaced with black half round. Making both areas maintenance free.

Hello guys HHBUILDERS have been extremely busy recently with a re-roof we are currently on and also a refurbishment we started yesterday, pictures will be posted soon.

But inbetween all that our team has been in London doing a training course.

We are now proudly trained in installing res-tec flexitec liquid flat roofing.

Why would we train to produce a liquid roof you may ask?

1.res-tec are the leading resin liquid based firm in Europe.

2.over years and years of studying res-tec have produced the best money can buy to date. The old GRP roofing has been proven to fail with cracking and short lifespan. Where as res-tec flexitec has a long serving lifespan with no cracking or failure.

HHBUILDERS have completed on 3 jobs today 💪

We want to thank our team for putting in the work this week to push these 3 over the line 👏🏻

Full write ups of each one will come this weekend.

Firstly wall down and RSJ fitted and signed off ✔️ to create a open planned kitchen/dinner.

Second one was a cavity tray over double doors

Thirdly new fascia and gutters completed 👏🏻

We are incredibly proud of our team and the hard work they all put in.

‼️TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY‼️

HHBUILDERS are back again with another completed shower room.

We were contacted by these customers after getting in and out the bath was starting to become a problem.

We decided on arrival at the property we would install a walk in shower.

After messeges back and forth with different designs and options they could had,we had a package that they really was excited about.

Within 5 days we made that package and all the photos come to life and the customers were over the moon.

What a difference this shower room now looks, stylish, clean, easy to access and now allows the customers to enjoy rather than have the worry about getting in and out.

We were also treated with packs of our favourite biscuits at the end which we will always be greatful.

We are back again with another completed job 👏🏻

We were contacted by this customer after her builder fell ill and was unable to finish the works they had quoted.

We took down the old laven plaster sofits that were falling off and replaced with brand new grey woodgrain UPVC soffits all around the property.

We took off all the guttering as when it rained we noticed it was like a water fall and we redone all the guttering around the property.

We also took down the laven plaster gable end that was also fallen apart and re-newed but keeping the character which was a massive must from the customers.

To finish we had a look over the roof and noticed a few broken on slipped slates that we also replaced

Hello guys we hope you all had a fantastic Christmas! 🎄

Here is one we completed just before Christmas but run out of time to post it before.

This was a full renovation:
🔵Walls stripped back to brick
🔵Ceiling reboarded
🔵walls dot&dabed and plastered
🔵rotten floors replaced
🔵new shower installed on mains not electric
🔵bay completed transformed
🔵window seat added
🔵chimney removed from top to bottom
🔵lead valley replaced
🔵new LVT flooring layed
🔵treads on the stairs replaced
🔵loft boarded
🔵new bespoke boiler cupboard
🔵new victorian cover added
🔵new loft hatch fitted
🔵fire place opened up for log burner

This project was a very enjoyable one seeing the complete transformation.

Customers wanted to do the decorating themselves but ones painted will now be a bright home with plenty of room being made by taking the chimney down 👌
