This one in Haydock is one of my PPM clients called me to say they had smells in the toilet block.

On arrive blockage present in the 1st manhole I opened. Recent internal works the builders poured ground down and got stuck on a displacement within the manhole.

5mins all clear and grout removed. Back to do some internal syphonics in the coming days.

Got a blockage let's get it cleared.

This customer from Rainford got intouch via Facebook.

They had already gotten quoted that they accepted but the contractor unfortunately was unable to carry out the work until September.

As the husband has a disability they were unable to utilise the back garden so we were more than happy to jump in and get this job done.

Now they can fully use this garden and hopefully have a nice sunny summer ☀️ out in the fresh air.

Back to this one in St Helens for further works.

I accidentally put the customer in for a different date in my diary 🤦

Anyway we arrived today and carried out the work, full fat and grease removal if the drains to gain full flow which has now been achieved.

Problematic drains give us a shout much more reliable than the big names 💪👍👍📞☎️

Well it's done.

This customer in Liverpool git intouch and wanted a garden make-over for their 90yo mother who is returning home and we were more than happy to help.

We removed all the old cotton brickwork and replaced with sleepers.

We reset some sunken flags on the drive aswell a rebuilt the pillers on the front garden wall.

Not only that we covered the whole yard area with Indian stone paving along with a few small extras.

Job 2

This customer in St Helens got InTouch via Facebook and stated they have 2 drains over flowing.

On arrival we lifted the manhole cover to a fully blocked system and cleared straight away.

On this occasion a newspaper was found 😳. Also work had been done internally and waste grout and plaster poured into the drain not good.

Got a blockage let's get it. 📱📞☎️👌🏻💪🏻

Another late one tonight job 1

Tenant - landlord property in St Helens, landlord got InTouch via Facebook.

They stated they cleared a blockage 4 weeks ago themselves but has rapidly returned, we attended and the blockage was very stubborn most household branded drainage firms would have walked away from this. We plodded on and eventually cleared the blockage, the camera found nearly every single joint was displaced and also a colour large holes where present. Not only this but the tenant was using wipes 🤦🏻‍♂️

(wow what a day. Job 2)

Now this customer got InTouch via a recommendation.

3 yes 3 so-called professional companies had been out and all said the same thing but yet couldn't clear, fix or find a solution. And left them for almost a week without facilities.

We arrived onsite and with 10mins we knew which way the drains ran and came up with a solution to fix this Vulnerable customers facilities.

We had to make some changes but we got there on testing we now have full free flow. And the customer can use the loo in the safe knowledge of no blockages.

No job to big here and we stay until the job is done or a temporary solution. 📞☎️📱👌🏻👌🏻💪🏻
