I have had the privilege of spending Remembrance Day in various countries around the world. We all take different things away from the 11th November, for me it’s checking in on mates I’ve not spoken to in a while. Mental health is killing more Service personnel than bullets and bombs. If you read this, send someone a wee text and ask them how they are. We all have demons. I know I do. And remember, check in on your strong mates too.
