Another awkward but satisfying job completed... 4m high ceiling pull down without damaging 100yr old coving. !! Acoustic insulation fitted, Soundblock Plasterboards then screwed up before a two coat skim applied. Walls boarded and skimmed before creating a Arch wall ready for Fibourous plastering to start... Another brilliant job by my Spray Rendering Company... All Scaffolding errected, all old render knocked off. Then applied with a backing coat which was all meshed out. Followed with 18mm Silicone Render, Sprayed on with the chosen colour from the customer. 👍 Pls like and share and any enquiries pls get intouch.

I was given this Property to do up by a investor. I had a budget (which I came under) I had 4mths turn around ( done in 3mths) We had to scaffold the Property, replace the roof due to leaks. Full re wire, plastering, all new joinery work, create a New ensuite in basement. Fully decorated inside and out and have the property fitted with new carpets.... The investor was delighted with there return in value. 👍 Please like and share and get intouch for me to make you some good money 👍
