🚨 Please be vigilant when contacting tradesmen 🚨 We have been made aware of a company based in Northampton that were called out by a member of the public for a boiler leak. They came out and diagnosed the faulty part and charged them £700 to fix. This was a £50 part and takes no longer than 40mins to fit. I have done some digging around and there is no record of them or their business on the Gas Safe Register, so it is more than likely they are carrying out illegal gas work. The boiler failed again 2days later and they quoted them another £400 to fix. This is an extortionate amount of money. Elite Plumbing & Heating are always upfront with costings before the job is carried out and will always advise the best course of action that is financially beneficial for our customers. Use a company that you can trust. 👍🏻

😫The importance of Boiler Servicing. This 4yr old boiler had never had a service since it was fitted back in 2022. This issue going unnoticed has caused significant damage to various components and a big repair bill for the customer. If this had been addressed on regular servicing it would have been a simple fix. It’s all been rectified now and a service booked in for 12 months time 📆
