Here is our latest Silicone Render project. This house is exposed to hard easterly winds as they come off the surrounding fields. This had eroded the mortar joints between the bricks allowing rain water to pe*****te the wall causing further damage. Now this side of the house has a total weather shield of Silicone size 1.5 aggregate render. The render can come in any colour of choice.

Local builders merchant having a makeover for more office space.

Fireplace has been removed for a customer wanting a log burner instead. The internal brick face has been lined with cement board to withstand the high temperatures given off by multi fuel burners. The front face has been squared up with plasterboard and all surfaces plastered. Finished off with the fitting of a stressed oak mantel.

This property has been given a modern make over with the application of Silicate Render, replacing the failing lime and cement render before it. The Silicate Render is water resistant and comes in a wide choice of colours.
